Google Says HTTPS Is Not A Requirement To Rank In Google Search


Google’s John Mueller was requested if Google nonetheless ranks websites which can be on HTTP (not over HTTPS), i.e. insecure websites. John mentioned sure, being on HTTPS shouldn’t be a requirement to rank in Google Search he defined.
